For heavier fare, the Huevos Rancheros delivers with BBQ Pork Shoulder, refried beans, tomato salsa, sunny side eggs, avocado, cheddar, and a corn tortilla. Brunch wouldn't be complete without a refreshing Mimosa, or try the Banff Fog served with Vanilla Galliano, Grand Marnier, earl grey tea syrup, steamed with hot milk and cinnamon.
The site the Juniper Hotel & Bistro is set upon has long been the preferred spot for valley-wide views, so much so that evidence of early peoples enjoying the perch dating back 2,000 years, have been located near the site. Best View is right!

OK, maybe too literal on that description but this place has the perfect composition of incredible food, exciting wines and drinks, a low key unpretentious atmosphere, and those views! The cuisine at the Juniper is both classic and inspired, sourced locally and artfully presented.
