EMAIL ORDERS & DELIVERY - Please note that email orders will be sent out within 48 hours of the order (Sunday to Friday by 3 pm) Orders placed after 3 pm on Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be emailed out on Monday afternoon.

SNAIL-MAIL ORDERS & DELIVERY - Please note that mail orders require a minimum of 10 business days for delivery.

The Specifics

  • Valid for accommodation and dining at any of the Charming Inns of Alberta member properties at the time of redemption. Other services are at the discretion of the Innkeeper.
  • Gift certificates are purchased in denominations starting at $50.00 or higher.
  • Gift certificates redeemed at face value as payment for a stay. A credit will be issued by the Inn for any unused portions of the gift certificate up to $50. Gift certificates are not exchangeable for cash.
  • Available for use any time of the year, subject to availability and discretion of the Alberta Inn.


1. Will I receive my gift certificate immediately after I place the order?

        No, the gift certificate will be emailed to you within 48 hours (Sunday to Friday by 3 pm). See above for delivery times. 

2. Does the gift certificate expire?

        No, if you purchase a gift certificate, the gift certificates never expire. If your gift certificate is a donation, it will state an expiry date on the gift certificate. 

3. What happens to any unused portion of the gift certificate?

       Guests are encouraged to spend the full amount of the gift certificate in the restaurant or gift shop. If there is an unused portion, in the excess of $50, the Innkeeper can issue a gift certificate from their property or guests can submit their gift certificate and a new one will be reissued. In this case, the guest will need to provide their gift certificate and email address for processing.
