Travel along this road through the foothills of the Rocky Mountains to Highway #40 (Forestry Trunk Road) north to Waiporous Valley.
Take your time as you witness stunning mountain views and Beaupre Lake on your left.

The reservoir and dam are named for the Ghost River, which flows into the east end of the reservoir. Ghost Lake is popular recreation spot for summer boating and winter ice fishing.
